You are kidding, right? Saudi Arabia has a strict dress code that is enforced by the "religious police".

the skirt & tube tops will not be permitted, in fact it would probably yield you a stern beating at least.

No you are not allowed to wear a tube top because of the dress code. Besides that, if you want your skin to burn crisp then go ahead, it is damn well hot there. Have a nice day!

You will have to wear a burka or risk getting killed.-They are just one step from the Taliban in terms of their view of Islam. Saudi Arabia is a Wahhabi state- an ideology which gave us the likes of Al qieda and the founders of the Taliban. I know folks who have been there and the Saudis freak out about any thing they consider unmuslim.

1st thing you do, buy an abaya [women's covering]; you will wear it as soon as you land in the soil of KSA; you will suffer if you do otherwise, e.g. chased by their priest police, stoned by local men, or threaten with rape, or maybe they send you back where you came from.

Any Saudi Arabian here? They know their country better... Btw, it is their "passport" to enter their country. People that doesn't have visa and not compliance to Immagration Rule of one country certainly can't enter that country. In this case, dress code is one of the "visa". I don't think wearing such dress is permitted in KSA.
