If someone lived in Saudi Arabia for four years, and moved back to the US. and two years later wants to go visit, is it hard to get a visa to go from America to Saudi? to visit aunt uncle and cousins *family visit visa (is it hard to apply for one from the US?)

its harder for first timers, but if you've been once before, the process would be quicker the 2nd time around, if you have the means.. like someone in Saudi who can sponsor you..
