I am a citizen of pakistan and currently working and living in Saudi Arabia. I am planning to apply immigration to canada. But i am having confusion that where should i apply immigration from? from pakistan or from Saudi Arabia where i am currently living ? Any help will be appreciated. I Need more details of it if anyone can let it tell. so i m looking for best and valueable answer. thanks in advance

Yes. Go to the Canadian consulate in Pakistan.

As long as you can show you are LEGALLY in KSA then yes you can apply from KSA. But you must have a work permit or some legal paper that says you cna work in KSA. A copy of that paper must be added tot he application. Otherwise you will have to apply from pakistan.
