I'm not living in Makkah but I can answer your question .. all of Al masjed alharam immams are the best in reciting the Quran , but in my opinion I think Abdalrahman Al sudays & Saud Al shurym are the best . About Meshari Alafasy he is a person who sings islamic songs without music and has a very nice voice at reciting the Quran.

My favourite is Abdur Rahman Sheikh Sudais, and Sheikh Shur'aim is very good too, MashaAllah. These two are the most popular Haram Imams. Sheikh Al-'Afasy is actually from Kuwait, he isn't an Imam in Makkah. He has his own satellite channel.
