Starting a business is very hard, especially if your capital is limited. It is simpler to find a business that you can buy. Look for a business broker who can steer you to businesses in your price range. Examine a lot of businesses until you are sure you know what you want and you think you will be happy operating in that business. Best of luck. With $300,000 to invest in a business that is already operating and earning a profit, you may be able to borrow additional amounts. the seller may be willing to finance the sale. You may be able to buy a bigger business, perhaps with an asking price of $500,000.
