what is the procedure to go to Kuwait from Saudi Arabia for other country citizen?
am an Indian citizen living in Saudi Arabia, actually i need to go to Kuwait for visiting from this country,so i don't know the formalities to go there!

It you hold a iqama which is valid for more than 6 months beyond you intended stay in Kuwait, then you can get your visa at Kuwait International Airport, provided you work in one of the following fields : Doctor, Lawyer, Engineer, Teacher, Judge, Consultant, Members of Public Prosecution, University Teacher, Journalist, Press & Media Staff, Pilot, System Analyst, Pharmacist, Computer Programmer, Manager, Businessman, Diplomatic Corps, Owners, Managers & Representative of Commercial Companies & Establishments, University Graduates If you do not, you will have to apply for a visa through a Kuwait sponsor.

How do I apply for a Belarus Visa from Saudi Arabia since there is no embassy or consulate here ?
I am an Expat from Pakistan and living in Saudi Arabia and I need to fly to Belarus but how do I apply for the visa since there is no embassy or consulate here and neither in Pakistan ?
