I worry when I get tested and if the outcome is bad then I fear the Saudi government will lock me up, where can I go to get it privately done or what shall I do I need to get tested. please help

I wish I could help you. I have no clue. If you have money, you might be able to go to a more liberal country in the region to get tested.
